Survey and setting out
We walk the site, check shading and ground conditions, and set out the array against the actual terrain rather than a drawing of it.
Pile driving
Foundation piles driven to depth with a tracked rig. Every pile is checked for line and level before the next one starts.
Foundations set and levelled
Piles are braced, plumbed and concreted. This is the stage that decides whether the array is still straight in fifteen years.
Our crew on site
Directly supervised teams in hi-vis with a site engineer present. We do not hand the build to a subcontractor and hope.
