Privacy policy
This is a good-faith plain-language description of what we collect through this site and why — not a substitute for independent legal advice, and it will be reviewed by counsel before the contact form goes live collecting real submissions.
Who this policy covers
Nilarka Energy Private Limited (CIN U3250MP2023PTC066766, GSTIN 23AAZCA0761G1ZL), registered office 403 Vidhyatan Parisar, Sector D, Ayodhya Bypass Road, Bhopal, MP 462041. Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, we are the "data fiduciary" for personal data collected through this site.
What we collect
Through the contact form: your name, phone number, email (optional), what you need, location, and anything you choose to write in the message field. We only collect what the form itself asks for — nothing is gathered silently.
Through the site generally: aggregate, anonymous usage statistics (pages visited, approximate location by country/region, device type) via Plausible Analytics, a privacy-focused analytics service that does not use cookies and does not track you individually across sites.
Why we collect it
Solely to respond to your enquiry — to get in touch, arrange a site visit, and provide a quote. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for anything beyond what you contacted us for.
Who we share it with
Form submissions are relayed to our email inbox by Web3Forms, a third-party form-processing service — they receive what you submit in order to deliver it to us, and their own privacy practices govern that step. As with most cloud services, this may involve processing outside India. We do not otherwise share your information with third parties.
How long we keep it
For as long as reasonably needed to respond to your enquiry and for our own legitimate business record-keeping — not indefinitely, and not for any purpose beyond that.
Your rights
Under the DPDP Act, 2023, you can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email contact@nilarkaenergy.in and we will action it. You can also use the contact form, though email reaches us directly. Go to the contact page.
Cookies
We don't use cookies for tracking or advertising. The only local state this site keeps is your light/dark theme choice, held in memory for the current visit — it isn't saved anywhere and resets next time you visit.
Changes to this policy
If how we handle data changes, this page will be updated and the date below will change accordingly.
