We measure the usable roof, check shadows across the day, and read twelve months of your bills. Free, and it happens before any number is quoted.
System sizing and written quote
A system sized to your actual consumption, with the panel, inverter and mounting make written down — not "premium components".
Paperwork and approvals
DISCOM application, net-metering and subsidy paperwork prepared and submitted by us.
Installation and commissioning
Mounting, wiring, earthing and meter connection, then a walk-through of the system with you.
Monitoring and service
You can see what the system is producing. We clean, inspect and service it on a schedule.

The things people actually ask.
How much roof do I need?
As a rule of thumb a rooftop system needs roughly 100 square feet of unshaded roof per kilowatt. The exact figure depends on the panel and the roof, which is what the site visit establishes.
Will it work during a power cut?
A standard grid-tied system shuts down during an outage, for the safety of anyone working on the line. If you need power through a cut, you need a hybrid system with battery storage — we will tell you which one your situation actually calls for.
What about the monsoon and cloudy days?
Output drops on overcast days and rises again after. Systems are sized against a year of generation, not a good week. Rain also does much of the cleaning for you.
What maintenance does it need?
Panels need cleaning — dust is the main cause of quiet output loss in central India — plus a periodic check of wiring, earthing and inverter health. That is what our O&M service covers.
What subsidy am I eligible for?
Residential rooftop subsidy in India runs through the PM Surya Ghar scheme. Eligibility and amounts depend on system size and current scheme terms. Nilarka's vendor registration status and the current rates are to be confirmed before launch.
